Webland Country Lodges

A Family Run Holiday Park

South Devon Holiday Lodges - Webland Farm Pond

Webland Farm is a peaceful and scenic holiday park in South Devon. The emphasis is on providing quiet, relaxing holiday homes with beautiful views out to the Dartmoor National Park. There is no disruption from clubs, bars or entertainment, just unspoilt natural surroundings and acres of space to relax.

Although it retains the name Webland Farm, over a century of dairy farming came to a close back in the 1950s. The development of the Park began in the 1990s to create a quiet country park that you can see today. Webland, however, is still bordered by farming land, and that contributes to the delightful views and the level of peace and calm.

Webland is always open so that owners can enjoy the use of their holiday homes when they choose. Also, ground maintenance is essential to us; we want the Park to be looking at its best. All you have to do is to enjoy your holiday home and the surroundings.

The Park always feels relaxed and quiet, even at the height of summer. Moreover, with no commercial subletting, there is not constant traffic coming to the Park.

Webland Farm Layout

Webland Site Map

Webland Farm is 24 acres in size and has been developed slowly and responsibly over the years. We work closely with South Hams Council to ensure we integrate well within the local environment. We maintain extra space between plots, and this means that we are well above BH&HPA benchmarks.

There are five designated holiday home areas in the park. These are the original Park area, the Orchard, the Terrace, the Spinney and the Meadow. There is also a dedicated dog exercise area, the attractive Tor View walk, and a wild flower meadow.

The latest developments are in the Meadow. The Meadow offers delightful views to the East, South and West. The space in the Meadow can accommodate 40′ x 22′ lodges, with all the latest facilities.

The Spinney is a fully completed lodge development of 40′ x 20′ lodges, with 28 lodges in total in a mature setting. The Orchard is a small, quiet lodge area.

Our commitment to our owners is that we will continue to develop and manage the park consistent with our values. We believe it is vital our owners have confidence in us and in the way that we run the park.

A continual planting process helps to landscape the park with thousands of trees and shrubs. This planting in turn helps to attract birds and wildlife. The views are delightful; it’s a great base to explore the area, why not come and take a look for yourself?
